1948 Studebaker Starlight Coupe

Bill says "This car may look like a 1950 Studebaker, but it isn't. It's a 48 with a 50 bullet nose and 50 rear fenders".  Under that tilt hood is a ZZ502 Chevrolet engine. It has an extended 2x4 powder coated frame with a Mustang II front end and a 9" Ford rear end. Air bags on all four corners and 18" wheels with low profile tires give it that ground hugging stance. The front end is extended 10" in front of the cowl and that adds to the long low look. I believe those headlights are from a Kaiser and look good on this car.

Nice job Bill!
